Holding a place costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Theo answers this himself, usually between sessions.

Holding a place: Free. Nothing is taken and nothing is owed.
Payment: Due seven days before the first session, by card or transfer.
Cancelling: Full refund up to seven days out. Half after that.
Weather: Never charged. Moved sessions are rebooked at the dock.
Not enjoying it: Tell the instructor on day one and we refund the rest.

Four things and a message

If you have never sailed, say so — it puts you in a group with three other people who have never sailed, which is a much better first day than being the only beginner among returners.

Fairwind is a fictional school created for demonstration. Course dates, prices, and fleet details are illustrative and would be confirmed with the client before launch.
