First visit
You do not need to book, bring anyone, or own anything.
Turn up any time we are open. $22 on the door, shoes five more, and about ten minutes between arriving and being on the wall.
1
Bring nothing
Shoes rent for five dollars, chalk is on the shelf, and there is no harness or rope involved anywhere in this building.
2
Sign the waiver at the desk
Two minutes on a screen. Under-eighteens need a parent to sign, in person or in advance.
3
Watch the four-minute video
It is about falling, and about not walking underneath people. That is genuinely all of it.
4
Start on the slab
Section A, at the near end. Low angle, big holds, and the mats are thickest there. Nobody will mind you being on it for an hour.
Or be shown, for $35
How to fall, how to read tape, and how not to hurt your fingers in month one. Ten people, one instructor, and you climb for the last forty minutes. Runs tuesdays and saturdays, 6pm and 10am.
Use the form for this, for a youth team place, or for anything about access. Everything else is genuinely easier in person.
Foundry Climbing Co. is a fictional gym created for demonstration. Prices, reset dates, and programme times are illustrative.
