Get in touch
Tell me what goes wrong, and how often.
Those two answers are worth more than a description of the company. A recurring failure with a frequency attached is already most of a diagnosis.
One engagement at a time, so the answer is sometimes a date rather than a yes.

A twenty-minute call
Free. Mostly me asking what breaks and how often.
- 02
A straight yes or no
Including a no. About a third of calls end there and everybody's week is better for it.
- 03
A proposal, if yes
Weeks down the left, deliverables against each, and a total. Two pages.
- 04
A start date
Usually three to six weeks out. One engagement at a time, always.
A good first message
Names one thing that goes wrong, says roughly how often, and says what has already been tried. Three sentences is a good first message and a page is not a better one.
$6,500 a week, $1,800 for a single day of watching with nothing owed afterwards.
