Planned work is cheaper, so it is priced cheaper.

1. Body shops

   Scheduled moves in and out on a standing slot. Invoiced monthly, one line per vehicle, priced below the roadside rate because it is planned work.

2. Dealers

   Auction runs, trades, and deliveries. We will do a multi-car run on the flatbed if the timing works, and quote it as one job.

3. Fleets

   Small commercial fleets on a call-first arrangement. You get the same rates whether it is Tuesday morning or Sunday night.

4. Not private property impounds

   We do not tow from apartment lots or shopping centres, we never have, and we are not going to start. It is where this trade earns its reputation.
