No overnight service. If you have a leak at two in the morning, shut the main off and ring at seven.
Old Pittsburgh houses have six specific problems.
Galvanised supply, cast iron stacks, clay laterals with roots, lead bends, a shared flue, and no cleanout. Knowing which one you have explains most of what a plumber will say to you, so it is written out rather than kept as leverage.
