Anything not on this list is quoted in writing before work starts, and you can say no at that point and owe nothing.

  1. Clear a kitchen or bath drain

    Up to ninety minutes with a cable through an accessible cleanout.

    Not flat when: If there is no cleanout and one has to be cut in, that is quoted first.

  2. Clear a main sewer line

  11. Hose bib replacement
