We come and run a half-hour session with whoever actually uses the bins, which is usually not the person who signed the contract.

Not a generic poster. If your issue is coffee cups, the sign says coffee cups.

If it does not improve
We will tell you the stream is not working and suggest dropping it rather than carrying on collecting something that goes to landfill. That has happened four times and we would rather it happened more.
Apartment buildings are harder, and we say so
Nobody who uses the bins signed the contract, people move in and out constantly, and the chute makes everything worse. A realistic rate for a building is higher than for an office and pretending otherwise sets a building manager up to fail their own board.
