Nine in the morning. Folded and ready by five, and that is a time rather than a hope — if it is going to be late you get a text, which happens about twice a month and usually in January.

Which streets are on which route day?

The routes page lists every street by day. Monday and Tuesday are Seward, north and south of Franklin. Wednesday and Thursday are Longfellow, split at 38th. Friday is commercial accounts first, then anybody who missed their day.

Yes, twenty-eight dollars each, king or queen, in the sixty pound machine. Down needs an extra dry cycle and comes back the following day. You can also do it yourself in the sixty pound washer for eleven dollars if you have an hour.

A commercial unscented one, and a fragrance-free version on request at no extra charge. Bleach only if you ask, in writing on the ticket, because it is the one thing that cannot be undone.

Yes, for both self-service and the counter. Leave it in the bag with a note. Several people do this for skin reasons and nobody minds.
