Denver, and virtually everywhere else
The year ahead
Twelve months, every deadline, and whose job each one is.
Most of the anxiety in small-business finance is not arithmetic. It is a date nobody told you about. Here is the whole year, in advance.

Contractor details collected
You send us something
W-9s for anyone you paid over $600, so January is not a scramble.
Dates shift when they fall on a weekend or a federal holiday, and we check them against the current IRS calendar every year. You will get a reminder three weeks before anything that needs you.
Bookkeeping, payroll support, tax preparation, and financial reporting for professionals and growing small businesses. If we send you something you cannot read, we have done our job badly and you should tell us.
Three things we will never do
- Ask you to email a document with your Social Security number on it.
- Do work outside your package without telling you the price first.
- Explain something in language you have to look up.
Three packages, and what each one leaves out.
