Thirty minutes, and you are allowed to say the books are a mess.

Most people who call us open with an apology. It is genuinely fine — we have seen worse than yours this month, and cleanup is a normal piece of work rather than a judgement.

What happens on the call

  1. 01You describe the business and what is currently painful.
  2. 02We say which package fits, or that none of them do.
  3. 03If your books need cleanup first, we say so and roughly what that costs.
  4. 04You decide later. Nobody follows up more than twice.
