Daniel Brooks spent years on commercial build-outs before starting RidgeLine, and brought the documentation with him. On a commercial job nobody questions a written scope or a signed change order. On a home remodel those things are still treated as optional, which is exactly why so many of them end in an argument.

How the team is put together

Every project gets one project manager who owns it start to finish — the same person who walks the site with you, sends the Friday update, and stands in the final walkthrough. You will have their mobile number.

Carpentry and site supervision are in-house. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty finishes are subcontracted to trades we have worked with for years and who are paid on time, which is the only reliable way to keep good ones.

What we will not put on this page

No award badges, no logo strip of past clients, and no percentage claims about on-time completion. We are licensed and insured, and current certificates come with your estimate rather than as a graphic in the footer.
