Fifteen minutes. What you want to do, roughly when, and roughly what you have budgeted. If we are the wrong fit we will say so here.

A site visit
Free. Daniel or a project manager walks the space with you and photographs existing conditions.

A budget range
Within about a week, in writing, with the assumptions it depends on listed. No obligation.
04
Preconstruction
If the range works, we move to a paid detailed estimate — drawings, structural input, trade pricing. Credited back against your contract if you build with us.
If you would rather just talk, that is usually faster.
