Most of our useful conversations happen months before anyone writes an offer. If you are eighteen months out and trying to work out whether the numbers can ever work, that is a good time to call.

Out of state?

We will do a neighbourhood briefing by video before you book a flight, and arrange viewings geographically so you are not crossing the bay four times in a day.

Thinking of selling?

A written valuation with the comparables attached is free and yours to keep, whether or not you list with us.

Referral fees
