2 of them are the premises’ job rather than ours, and the log says which. Bakery and café, 21 covers — name withheld, Baltimore 21230.
- 4471-1Act nowDry store, north wall, behind the flour bins
- Found
- Two droppings, fresh. No gnaw damage to sacks. Consistent with a single animal rather than an established harbourage.
- Done
- Two snap stations set behind the bins, numbered and mapped. Dust applied to the wall void through the existing service penetration.
- Yours
- Seal the 18mm gap where the water pipe enters the void. Any competent plumber, one hour. Until it is sealed this will recur.
- 4471-2Act nowRear yard, by the waste enclosure
- Found
- Gull-opened refuse sack, contents spread. Not a pest finding in itself; it is what draws the animals to the yard in the first place.
- Done
- Noted and photographed for the operator's own file. No treatment appropriate.
- Yours
- Sacks into the enclosure rather than beside it, and the enclosure door latched. This is the whole of the yard problem.
- 4471-3MonitorKitchen, under the pass
- Found
- Two German cockroaches on the monitor laid 21 July. Both nymphs, no adults, no egg cases found.
- Done
- Gel bait applied to eight harbourage points under and behind the pass. Monitors replaced and dated.
- 4471-4ClosedFront of house, cellar hatch
- Found
- Finding 4380-2 from 7 July — gap at the hatch frame — has been sealed correctly.
- Done
- Verified and closed.

The applicator's licence number goes here before this page is used for anything. A pest control site without one is asking to be taken on trust about the one thing that is checkable.
