Twelve bakeries and four restaurants at the moment. We are not trying to be the mill for every bakery in Minnesota — the acreage decides how many we can supply properly.

- Minimum order
- None to start; most bakeries settle at 4 to 10 sacks a week
- Delivery
- Wednesdays into the Twin Cities, on our own truck
- Standing orders
- Set it once; change it by Monday noon for that week
- Payment
- Net 21, invoiced monthly
- Contract
- None. Stop whenever you like.
