Pickup
Pick one site for the season. Kingston is the one where you can swap.
Kingston
At the farm, on Hurley Mountain Road
Wednesday3pm to 7pm
The only site where you can swap items. There is a table of extras and you take what you want from it.
Rhinebeck
Behind the community hall on East Market Street
Thursday4pm to 7pm
Boxes are packed for you. Someone from the farm is there the whole time.
Beacon
The yard at the back of the bakery on Main Street
Thursday4:30pm to 7:30pm
Smallest site. If you are running late, ring the farm rather than the bakery.
The five rules, which are all obvious
Written down because every one of them has been a slightly awkward conversation at a pickup site at some point.
Take a share- If you are late
- Ring the farm, not the site. Boxes left after the window go to the pantry that evening rather than sitting out overnight.
- If you are away
- Tell us the week before. We hold it for a later week or give it to the pantry in your name.
- If somebody else collects
- Fine. Give them your name and the site; there is no card and no code.
- Bring your own bag
- Boxes stay at the site. Everyone forgets this once and only once.
- Changing sites
- Once, mid-season, no charge. More than that gets confusing for the person packing.
The farm stand runs Saturdays 9 to 1 through the season, and is open to anybody — no share required. It is also where we sell whatever the week produced too much of.
