- Where do you ship?
- Anywhere in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, because the freight cost on bulky items makes it a bad deal for you rather than because we could not do it.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later on a $26 shelf riser and we would gently suggest nobody should.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders placed before 1pm Eastern ship the same business day from Columbus. Most of the contiguous US sees delivery in two to five business days. Furniture ships separately and takes five to eight days because it moves by freight.
- What is your return policy?
- Sixty days, used or unused, and we pay return shipping on anything that did not fit. We ask you to tell us why so we can fix the dimensions on the listing — the under-sink riser has the clearest measurements on this site precisely because it used to come back most often.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes, on orders over twelve units of the same item — useful for corporate gifting, property managers, and anyone fitting out more than one unit. Email us with quantities and we will send a price rather than making you request a quote through a form.
