- Do you accept walk-ins?
- Sometimes, for cuts and fringe trims, but we would rather not have you make the trip on a guess. Call and we will tell you honestly whether there is space in the next hour.
- How do I book?
- Use the booking form on this site, call (312) 555-0104, or message us on WhatsApp. Colour appointments need a consultation first, which can be a fifteen-minute visit or a video call — either is free.
- Is a consultation required for colour?
- Yes, for any colour service you have not had with us before. It is free, takes about fifteen minutes, and exists so that the price you are quoted is the price you pay. We cannot price colour from a photograph.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel or move an appointment more than 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50% of the service, and for bridal packages the trial fee is non-refundable. We waive it for genuine emergencies and do not ask you to prove anything.
- Do you offer bridal packages?
- Yes, from $420, including one trial, day-of styling, and travel within the city. Additional party members are $85 each. We book one wedding per stylist per day so nobody is rushed.
