Every accountant knows they cannot onboard in filing season. Almost none of them say so, which is how people end up with a return filed on the fourteenth of April by somebody who took them on in February.

    Catching up. The best month to start with me.

    Onboarding, catch-up bookkeeping, entity questions.

    Quarterly estimates and mid-year reviews.

    Onboarding, and two weeks away.

    Extended partnership and S corp deadline on the 15th.

    Extended individual deadline on the 15th.

    Year-end planning. The last month to start before January.

    Year-end planning for existing clients only.

7 months open to new clients. Closed months are filing season and year-end, and the door does not open early for anybody.
