Enquire

Writing in a closed month is fine. You go on the list for May.

No deposit, no obligation, and the list is short because about forty clients is the whole practice. You will get a real date rather than “sometime in the spring”.

  1. 01

    You write

Whatever month it is. Nothing is owed and nothing is booked.

  2. 02

    A reply within three days

Longer in filing season, and the voicemail says so.

  3. 03

    Last year's return

Sent over so the figure I quote is a real one.

  4. 04

    A price in writing

Then a start date in an open month, and the first statements.

Tell me the shape of it

Entity type, roughly how many transactions a month, and whether the books are current. That is enough for a real figure rather than a range.

Do not attach anything to this form. Documents go in a shared folder once there is something to share.

Nadine Pell, CPA is a fictional practice created for demonstration. Prices, the calendar, and the client count are illustrative, and nothing on this site is tax advice.
