Three rules, and they are firm

1. 01

   Somebody over twenty-one has to be there with an ID. Not a neighbour, not a note on the door.

2. 02

   If nobody is in, it comes back to the shop and you can collect it. We do not leave it on a step, ever.

3. 03

   One delivery per address per day.

The driver is the shop, not an app, so if something is out they will ring you from the counter and ask what to do rather than substituting.
