One menu a week, written on Tuesday.

The menu, written after the delivery rather than before it.

Week of 12 August

Written Tuesday 11 August, after the morning delivery

Cucumbers from the Tuesday box. Buttermilk from Sanders Ridge.

Adaptation: Vegetarian and vegan versions of this course exist

Four courses, service included

Nadia writes it after the morning delivery and we post it that night. Nobody here knows what the fourth course is on a Monday.

The six weeks behind it.

Published because “our menu changes constantly” is a thing every restaurant says and almost none of them can show.
