Wellness exams and vaccination: The annual visit. Twenty minutes, and we would rather use them on the two things you are actually worried about than on a checklist.
Dentistry: Scale, polish, extractions where needed, under anaesthetic with monitoring. Most dogs over five need this sooner than their owners expect.
Soft tissue surgery: Spays, neuters, mass removals, and wound repair. Mondays, so a dog that needs surgery on a Thursday waits the weekend unless it cannot.
In-house laboratory and imaging: Bloods, urine, cytology, and radiographs on site, so most answers arrive during the appointment rather than three days later.
Urgent care, during opening hours: We keep slots free every day for things that cannot wait. During opening hours. This is the sentence the rest of the site is careful about.
End of life, at home if you want: In the clinic or at the house, and we will take as long as it takes. Ring rather than book online for this one.

What we send elsewhere

Orthopaedic surgery, advanced imaging, oncology, and anything involving birds or reptiles. Not because they are beyond us in principle but because we do not see enough of them to be good at them, and there are practices in Missoula that do.
