Treatments

15 treatments, $35 to $320, and both time columns for every one.

Hands on you is the working time. Room time is how long the room is yours, including getting undressed and lying still afterwards. Every price includes gratuity. There is nothing above the half day and there is no membership.

Massage

Three lengths of the same two treatments. The 80 is the one most people book twice.

  • Swedish massage, 50

    50 min65 min$105

Even pressure, full body, nothing that makes you tense up. The one to book if you have never had a massage.

  • Swedish massage, 80

    80 min95 min$155

The same work with time to get to the whole of you rather than the half that hurts.

  • Swedish massage, 110

    110 min130 min$205

Long enough that most people fall asleep. Sauna included.

  • Deep tissue, 50

    50 min65 min$115

Slower and heavier, usually on two or three areas rather than everywhere.

  • Deep tissue, 80

    80 min95 min$165

The length this actually wants. Fifty minutes of deep tissue is mostly warming up.

  • Prenatal massage, 60

    60 min80 min$130

Side-lying with a bolster, by three therapists who are trained for it. Any trimester, including the first.

Bookable from the day you know. The advice that you must wait twelve weeks is not ours and is not evidence — but if your midwife has said otherwise, listen to your midwife.

  • Hot stone, 80

    80 min100 min$175

Basalt, heated, used as an extension of the hands rather than left sitting on your back.

Facials

Four of them, and the differences are real rather than a tier list. Nobody will tell you your skin needs a course of six.

  • Cleanse and steam facial, 50

    50 min60 min$110

Cleanse, steam, extraction if you want it, mask. The one to book first.

  • Acid facial, 50

    50 min60 min$135

A lactic or mandelic peel at a strength you will not be red from. Not for the week before an event.

Not while pregnant, and not if you are on isotretinoin or have been in the last six months. We ask, and we will say no.

  • Facial, 80

    80 min90 min$165

The 50 with a longer massage through it, which is the part most people actually came for.

  • Back facial, 50

    50 min60 min$120

Exactly what it sounds like, and the treatment nobody thinks to book.

Body treatments

Salt, clay, and a shower in the room. You will want the longer one.

  • Salt and clay, 60

    60 min85 min$145

Scrub, clay wrap, shower in the room, and a short massage after. You leave slightly damp and completely relaxed.

  • Salt and clay with massage, 90

    90 min115 min$195

The same, plus a proper 40-minute massage rather than a short one.

Sauna

Four people at a time, booked by the hour. Free with any treatment over 80 minutes.

  • Sauna, one hour

    60 min$35

Cedar, 175°F, four people. Cold shower and a bench in the corridor.

Free with any treatment of 80 hands-on minutes or more. It will not be offered to you on the table — book it when you book the treatment or ask at the desk.

Half days

Two treatments and the sauna, with the gap between them built in rather than sold to you as a lounge.

  • Half day

    130 min240 min$320

An 80-minute massage, a 50-minute facial, an hour of sauna, and forty minutes doing nothing in between.

Saves $35 against booking the three separately. That is the whole of the discount and there is no package above it.

Two treatments have a condition attached and both of them are on this page rather than discovered at the door: the acid facial is not done during pregnancy or within six months of isotretinoin, and we will ask. Everything else is bookable by anybody.
